Planther
Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Rahul Vagadiya, the independent developer who makes Planther ("we"). By using Planther you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the iPhone app.
Using Planther
- Planther is for your own planning: habits, lists, goals, tasks, notes and countdowns.
- You can use it without signing in. If you sign in, keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or get around its limits, and nothing illegal.
Your content
What you put in Planther is yours. You let us store, back up and sync it only to run the service for you. We don't use it for anything else.
Free and Plus
- The free plan includes backup to one device and a limit on active cards, shown in the app.
- Planther Plus adds features such as unlimited cards and live sync across devices. It's sold through the App Store as a monthly or annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown in the app.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel them in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Payments, refunds and renewals are handled by Apple under its terms.
- The free trial is offered once per person.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Planther running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep an export if something matters to you. We may change or stop features; if we ever shut the service down, we'll give you notice and time to export your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Ending
You can stop using Planther and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date above and ask you to accept the new version in the app.
